Middle School/High School Humanities Teacher for 2016-2017
The Waldorf School of Saratoga Springs is seeking a Middle School/High School Humanities teacher for the 2016-2017 school year. Responsibilities for this position could include teaching Main Lesson blocks and English skills classes.  The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Arts degree and Waldorf Teacher training. Experience teaching middle and high school students is preferred.

Grade One Class Teacher for 2016-2017
The school is seeking a first grade class teacher for the fall of 2016. The ideal candidate will have experience as a class teacher, be capable of forming a new class, work effectively with parents and colleagues and have completed Waldorf teacher training. We offer a benefits package that includes tuition remission, medical coverage, and a simple IRA.

Full-Time High School Science Teacher
The school is seeking a full-time high school science teacher for the fall of 2016. The ideal candidate will have a minimum bachelor’s degree in science, Waldorf training and Waldorf teaching experience, and experience working with high school students. Training and experience in the life sciences is desirable, and comfort with teaching math to high school and middle grades students is also desired.

Early Childhood Assistants for 2016-2017

The school is seeking Early Childhood assistants for our preschool and kindergarten classes beginning in the fall of 2016. Experience working with young children in a Waldorf or Waldorf-inspired setting is desirable. We will need assistants at both our Early Childhood Center and at our Forest Kindergarten Locations.
