Early Childhood Assistant

The school is seeking an Early Childhood Assistant beginning in January 2018 to assist in a mixed-age kindergarten class at the Early Childhood Center.  This assistant would be needed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for 4 1/2 hours per day in the mornings.  Experience working with young children and knowledge of Waldorf education is desired.

York Avenue Front Office Administrative Staff

The school has an opening for front office staff at the lower school (York Avenue building) two days per week beginning in September.  Duties would include answering the phone, keeping attendance and assisting with administrative tasks.  Excellent computer skills and he ability to work collaboratively and professionally in a fast-paced office setting are essential. This is an hourly paid position.

Director of Development

The school is seeking a Director of Development. Responsible for both event fundraising and individual solicitations, the Development Director should possess excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, be able to manage multiple projects, have strong organization skills and be able to recruit and manage volunteers. The ideal candidate would possess marketing and fundraising experience and have the capacity to express the value of Waldorf education clearly.

Middle Grades and High School Eurythmy Teacher

The school is looking for a middle grades and high school eurythmy teacher beginning in the fall of 2018. The ideal candidate will have completed eurythmy training, have experience teaching grades six through twelve, and have knowledge of Waldorf education. Our school has a well-established eurythmy curriculum for all students from kindergarten through high school, with a piano accompanist for all classes.
