Jack Conway, grade 11, is headed to Guatemala again this year to bring stoves and supplies to a remote and impoverished region of Guatemala. Jack had a transformative experience last year when he volunteered with the Boca Costa Medical Mission on a service trip to a very remote Mayan region of Guatemala near Mazatenango. He worked with the building team to install a record 50 cook stoves in the homes of the poorest villagers. "This experience was both awesome and humbling for me. I am grateful to have been asked to to return with the group this March," said Jack. This year, the team has a goal of installing 75 stoves.
