At WSSS, we value collaborative leadership and the shared responsibility of running the school. The College of Teachers, or Collegium, oversees the policy, pedagogy, and practice of the school; the Board of Directors is a group of committed community members who see to the health of our financial, legal, and physical realms; while our dedicated parents foster the community spirit and facilitate many of the school's activities throughout the year.
