Additional Information
Open Enrollment
We accept applications throughout the year based on availability.
Wait Pool
For classes that are full, we maintain a wait pool. This allows us to consider fit rather than simply first-come-first-served.
IEP Students
Students with an IEP should enroll by June 1 to ensure services are in place for fall.
Trial Period
New enrollments include an 8-week adjustment period for everyone to ensure the right fit.
Before & Aftercare
Available for working families, maintaining the same warmth and approach as our regular program. Contact admissions@waldorfsaratoga.org for details.
Bussing Available
Students are eligible to receive bus transportation through their school districts by filling out a non-public school transportation form.
School District Registration: All students of kindergarten age or older must be registered with their local school district, even if enrolled in a private school. This ensures proper allocation of funds for textbooks, nursing services, and transportation.
Health Requirements: In accordance with NYS law, all visiting and accepted students must provide up-to-date vaccination records and a physical examination summary.
