Admissions Coordinator

The Admissions Coordinator is responsible for the overarching enrollment efforts, from reaching prospective families in the greater community to holding the picture of the parents once they’ve enrolled. The enrollment efforts build on the public relations and marketing efforts of the Development office to draw prospective families to the school, and work with the Enrollment Committee, Communications Committee, faculty, staff and board to create and implement the enrollment strategies for the school’s present and future needs.

 

Hours: The Admissions Coordinator is hired to work full time to complete necessary tasks and goals.

 

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Admissions or Enrollment at an Educational Institution, Waldorf Experience, and/public relations, marketing, and outreach.

World Language Teacher

The Waldorf School of Saratoga Springs is hiring a French, Spanish, or other World Language Teacher to begin this fall. This is a part time position that can be taught by 1 person, or split between 2 candidates. 

About the Position

The Waldorf School of Saratoga Springs is now accepting applications for an enthusiastic and experienced World Language teacher for approximately 18 classes per week in grades 1 through 12. Classes are scheduled Monday through Friday. The position could be split between two teachers depending on the qualifications, experience, and preference of candidates.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has experience teaching World Languages to students in grades 1-12 and training in, or a familiarity with Waldorf Education. We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, caring individual with a strong work ethic, and an ability to work collaboratively with others.

—Experience in teaching beginner to advanced World Language classes

Part-Time High School Math Teacher

WSSS is hiring for a part-time high school math teacher. The ideal candidate has experience as a middle school and high school math teacher, preferably with training and/or experience in Waldorf education methods. The position teaches the 8th, 9th, and 10th-grade curriculums with 12 classes per week. There is potential for additional teaching opportunities for the right candidate.
