Who we are

This website is operated by the Waldorf School of Saratoga Springs, 62 York Ave, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. Questions about this policy can be sent to secretary@waldorfsaratoga.org.

Information you give us

When you use our tuition calculator or admissions inquiry form, we collect the information you choose to enter - such as your name, email, phone, the programs you're interested in, and (on the calculator) details used to estimate tuition. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and support the admissions process. The tuition calculator performs its math in your browser; income figures are not stored on this site.

Cookies and analytics

To understand how families find and use our site, we use two third-party tools. They may set cookies and receive information such as the pages you view, your approximate location, and device and browser type:

• Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) - first-party website analytics to measure traffic and which pages are useful. We do not use it for advertising.
• Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) - used only to measure our enrollment advertising. It records when you view a page and when you complete a conversion such as requesting information or booking a tour. It is configured conservatively: we send Meta no email address, phone number, or other personal identifier, and we have turned off Meta's automatic data collection.

We do not use session-recording tools on this site, and we do not sell or share your name, email, or the details you submit through our forms; those go only to our admissions and finance teams.

Your privacy choices

You can turn off analytics and advertising cookies for this browser at any time - this single choice suppresses both Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal automatically - if your browser sends it, both are off without any action from you.

This setting is stored only in your browser. Clearing your browser data, or using a different browser or device, will reset it.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for parents and prospective families, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.

We may update this policy as our tools or practices change. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
