TRANSCRIPT REQUEST FORM

Most transcript requests are fulfilled within 48 hours when the school is in session. However, when school is not in session (during holidays or vacations) please allow ten business days for processing in the event that the appropriate staff are not available to facilitate your transcript request immediately.
